NO MINIMUMS FOR PRIVATE DINING EVENTS BOOKED IN JANUARY
This month, we are waiving our minimum food and beverage requirement for all private dining events of 10 guests or more when you book by January 31, 2010.* Your event can take place anytime through June 30, 2010. This is an outstanding opportunity to keep your entertaining budget flexible while offering your guests a truly world-class dining experience.
The Private Dining Director at your Fleming’s location will be delighted to help plan any event — no matter how short or far in advance — and give it a truly personal touch. Here are just a few ideas to keep in mind for the coming year.
Business Meetings. Our Private Dining rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet and a full range of presentation and AV equipment, making them exceptionally business friendly. Most Fleming's locations are equipped with high definition TANDBERG video conferencing.
Custom Dinners. Do you have a special theme in mind for your event? Whatever your entertaining theme or budget, our talented chefs can work with you to prepare a custom menu. Alternatively, you can select from three preset menus, each featuring a choice of entrées.
Social Occasions. Our private dining rooms make a beautiful setting for engagement parties, wedding celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and graduation events.
Cocktail Gatherings. Choose from a selection of wine, spirits and tempting hors d'oeuvres. Your guests can mingle as they wish, enjoying a memorable moment in a gracious setting.
Wine Tasting Parties. Exploring new wines is a great way to break the ice and bring people together. Our Wine Manager will work with you to select wines that will match your budget, complete with tasting notes for your guests to take home after the event.

Program limited to parties of 10 or more, subject to availability. Program is not available for lunch events or events taking place on holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mothers’ Day, Fathers‘ Day and Memorial Day).
