Wine and food pairing is a bit like love — you may just discover more than one perfect match in a lifetime. Join us for a very special dinner, for which the wines have been selected from the Fleming’s 100 to ideally complement every dish on the menu. We’ll be pouring all three wines at the beginning of the dinner, so you can taste each one with each course and experience the different combinations. Our Wine Managers will be on hand to answer your questions and explain the pairings. It’s a unique opportunity to compare and discover for yourself how each wine works its magic on various flavor profiles. Space for this popular event is very limited.

WINE SELECTIONS
NEWMAN’S OWN, Chardonnay California, 2006
Harvested from vineyards in Monterey and Santa Barbara Counties, this wine has the tropical fruit profile that is
distinctive to the Central Coast. Slightly buttery but also crisp, with sweet, slightly smoky oak undertones.
PILLAR BOX, Red Padthaway Australia, 2006
Made by the Henry’s Drive Winemaking team, this wine is a blend of 65% Shiraz, 25% Cabernet and 10% Merlot
grown in the famous Padthaway vineyards. It displays both dark and red fruits and is accented by licorice, spearmint and cigar box as well as orange rind and dark chocolate. The palate is soft and round with a harmonious finish.
RUTHERFORD RANCH, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2006
Just off the scenic Silverado Trail, 5th generation winemaker Steve Rued makes this classic Napa Cabernet with certified organic grapes. It has a slightly softer taste profile, with pronounced vanilla and oak flavors and both red berry and blackberry fruits.
