through a meticulous tasting process led by Director of Wine Marian Jansen op
de Haar. The list represents outstanding vintners big and small, old and new,
from across the country and around the world.
The 70 wines listed here comprise
Fleming's national selections, which are available
at every restaurant. The other 30 are chosen by the local Wine Managers
to reflect regional tastes.
